If you’re new to downloading PDF patterns, welcome! They’re a quick and cost-effective way to get started on your next embroidery project.
There are two ways you can follow a PDF pattern:
View it on your laptop, tablet, or phone. Almost all modern devices come with PDF-readers pre-installed, so you should be able to open your pattern as soon as you’ve downloaded it. Alternatively, you can view your PDF by installing Adobe Reader on your device for free.
Print it out from your home computer. If you want to escape screen time while stitching, this is the way to go! All patterns are formatted to be printed out on A4 (US letter size) paper. Just make sure you print any pages with pattern templates at 100% so they’re correctly sized.

Once your payment has gone through, you’ll be able to download your pattern from the Order Confirmation page. You’ll also automatically receive an email confirming your order, followed by a second email with a link to your file.
If you’ve bought a pattern bundle, or a pattern that comes with a supplementary PDF, the link you receive by email will be to a zip file. You’ll find all the files that come with your purchase in there.
The link to any files you’ve bought will expire 24 hours after your purchase. If you click the link after that time, you’ll receive a new link by email. The email will be sent to the same address you used when you placed your order.
If you lose your order confirmation email or you’d like me to send you a new link, please contact me using the button below. Don’t worry, if you lose your file, you won’t have to buy it again!

If you haven’t received the email with the link to your file, first check your junk or spam folder – it’s most likely you’ll find it there. If it’s not there, double-check which email address you gave at checkout.
Lastly, make sure you completed your purchase. Log in to your bank and check your transaction history to see if your payment has gone through. If it didn’t, you might have abandoned cart by accident.
Every so often I need to update my patterns. If you checked out just as I was uploading a revised pattern, this could cause the link to break. Whatever the reason is for you not receiving a link, if you need more help locating your file, please contact me using the button below.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, I don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on PDF patterns. Any purchases you make from this website are non-refundable, so please keep this in mind when you’re ordering.
I may make an exception to this if you’ve bought the same pattern twice by accident (it happens!). If that’s what you’ve done, contact me using the button below, and I’ll do my best to find a resolution for you.
